Preparation instructions

Products for frying: Fry the frozen product in very hot oil (170ºC) in small batches for 5 to 8 minutes, until golden brown on both sides.

Frying in higher quality oils that have been used little or not for very long considerably improves the quality of the product.

If the packaging contains loose ice, remove it before frying the product. This ice, upon contact with the hot oil, may cause splattering that could burn you.
