Basic description
Pre-cooked and ultra-frozen salted product made from beef, processed in batches and made according to our original recipe.
Presentation
Light yellow triangular shape, with a heterogeneous filling ranging from white to toasted yellow. After frying, it has a crispy exterior and a soft interior.

Storage Conditions

Always store frozen products at ultra-frozen storage temperatures -18ºC (+/- 3ºC).

Shelf life

Shelf life: 12 months after the manufacturing date and under correct storage conditions.

Preparation instructions

For frying products: Fry the frozen product in very hot oil (170ºC) in small batches for 5 to 8 minutes, until golden brown on both sides.

Frying in higher quality oils with little or no use considerably improves the quality of the product.

If the packaging contains loose ice, discard it before frying the product; this ice, upon contact with the hot oil, can cause splattering that can burn.

GMO´S

This product complies with Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 and Regulation (EC) No. 1830/2003, containing no genetically modified ingredients, therefore it is not subject to any specific labeling.

Contaminants

This product complies with the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 420/2011 of 29 April 2011, amending Regulation (EC) No. 1881/2006 which sets maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs.
