Always store frozen products at ultra-frozen storage temperatures -18ºC (+/- 3ºC).

548 days after the manufacturing date and under correct storage conditions.

Preparation instructions

Products for frying: Fry the frozen product in very hot oil (180ºC) in small quantities for at least 7 minutes. During frying, the product must be submerged in oil. Fry a few units at a time. The frying time/quantity may vary depending on the equipment used.

Frying in higher quality oils with little or no use significantly improves the quality of the product.

If the packaging contains loose ice, discard it before frying the product, as ice coming into contact with hot oil may cause splattering that could burn.
