Storage Conditions

Always store frozen products at ultra-frozen storage temperatures -18ºC (+/- 3ºC).

Shelf life

545 days after the manufacturing date and under correct storage conditions.

Preparation instructions

Products for frying: Fry the frozen product in very hot oil (180ºC) in small quantities for approximately 6 minutes, until golden brown on both sides. Subject the product to
heat treatment by frying, ensuring a temperature of 75ºC at the thermal center of the product.

Frying in higher quality oils with little or no use considerably improves the quality of the product.

If the packaging contains loose ice, discard it before frying the product, as ice coming into contact with hot oil can cause splattering that may burn.

GMO´S

This product complies with Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 and Regulation (EC) No. 1830/2003, containing no genetically modified ingredients, therefore it is not subject to any specific labeling.

This product complies with the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 420/2011 of 29 April 2011, amending Regulation (EC) No. 1881/2006 which sets maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs.
